Great day out with the kids! They loved the play area.

Kids had a brilliant day; "best day ever!"...
Lots of outdoor space, great playgrounds and sandpits which were perfect for our kids aged 3-8years.
Animal handling was fun too.
Only things I would say is that it would have been good to have gotten a little closer to the animals for feeding and also seemed that there's an opportunity to serve more pre-packed lunch items such as sandwiches and crisps, etc. rather than a sit down order-from-menu type situation (we took a picnic so not really a problem for us).

We had to book the visit three weeks in advance and planned to enjoy their large outdoor playground but unfortunately, on that day it was raining cats and dogs. Of course, the indoor areas were packed and we had to queue under the rain to get in. We got cold and left just an hour after the arrival. I've tried to contact customer services, asking to let us visit the farm another day, but they refused. This is disappointing, many other parks do have a 'rainy day' policy, but not this place. Be careful.
